BLUE_2020の素材は2013年9月８日の２０２０年東京五輪招致決定号外各社新聞を使用。新聞記事などは当時の盛り上がり、将来への希望などを象徴する文面や言葉、また当時を思い出させるロゴなどを主に選んで使用しました。
開会式で展示飛行を行う航空自衛隊 ブルーインパルス (川崎 T-4)をモチーフに制作。


足立篤史　
1988年横須賀市生まれ。
2014年東京造形大学美術学科彫刻専攻卒業、東京造形大学卒業研究・卒業制作展「ZOKEI賞」受賞。

The materials for BLUE_2020 were taken from the September 8, 2013 Tokyo 2020 Olympic bid decision extra editions of various newspapers. The newspaper articles were selected to symbolize the excitement of the time and hopes for the future, as well as the logos that remind us of that time.
The motif of the Blue Impulse (Kawasaki T-4), the Air Self-Defense Force aircraft that will fly in the opening ceremony, was used in the design.


Atsushi Adachi　
Born in Yokosuka, Japan in 1988.
Graduated from Tokyo Zokei University in 2014, majoring in sculpture, and received the “ZOKEI Prize” at the Tokyo Zokei University Graduation Research and Graduation Works Exhibition.
